Crazy times!

Sorry, we have not been good about keeping up on our blog. A lot has happened in the last couple of weeks.

Yancey, has been promoted to Regional Director for Game Crazy and his territory is Washington, Oregon, Idaho, Utah and Arizona. He started last week and is in the midst of a few weeks of training. We are very excited for what the new role brings and are preparing to make some adjustments at home as a result.

Annie, is in full swing with softball, practicing three days a week. She is preparing for her first tournament at the end of March. She is doing great in school and like most teenagers has perfected the art of texting on her phone.

Jackson, is preparing for his Pinewood Derby this Saturday and built a great car. Annie built one as well. Hers is pink with lots of jewels and Jack's is black with a racing stripe. I will add pictures on Saturday after the event. He is getting ready for his cross over to Boy Scouts and his Blue and Gold banquet is just a week away. He has not picked his new pack for Boy Scouts yet but has a couple he is considering. He is doing great in school as well and has completed his science project for the fair in a couple of weeks.

Both are doing great and we are adjusting to a new schedule with them now that Yancey will be traveling more. We will continue to have them every other weekend and now every Sunday and Monday instead of Tuesday and Wednesdays. They are up for the change as this will ensure Yancey will get to spend more time with them. Jackson hates it because now he gets to pick up dog poo weekly:)

Emerson is a joy! 7 months old, 17lbs. 10 oz. and doing more and more each day. Last week she learned how to clap and she is making more noise all the time. She has been sleeping through the nights for the past couple of weeks and is becoming more independant all the time. She is growing so quick that we had to purchase 9-12 months clothes as she is out growing all of her 6 month stuff. She has been healthy and without ear infections so we are hoping to get her into the pool soon.

Stay tuned until Saturday to see how the Pinewood turned out. I did add some photos to the other website as well!
